Dear Sprinklr stockholders,
As we re   ect on how far we have come and where we are headed, one thing is clear   the vision we had when
we founded Sprinklr is becoming a reality.
For fourteen years, we   ve been dedicated to helping brands unify their customer facing teams to deliver exceptional
experiences. Our signi   cant investments in AI over the last    ve years have given us an early mover advantage.
And the widespread adoption of Generative AI has only accelerated our vision.
AI has radically changed how customers engage at a brand   s digital edge   where they make purchases, provide
feedback and seek support. We   re committed to demonstrating how AI can be practical, actionable, safe and reliable
while also providing real business results. This is the reason we designed Sprinklr with a uni   ed architecture for
the front office, on a single codebase, with AI infused across all our product suites: Sprinklr Service, Sprinklr Social,
Sprinklr Marketing, Sprinklr Insights, and our self-serve offerings.
We believe that every customer needs what Sprinklr has developed   a uni   ed AI-driven customer experience
platform to help customers research, engage, market, service and sell.
This has been a transformative year for innovation. We made signi   cant progress to our    open    AI approach   
integrating with Google Cloud Vertex, OpenAI, in addition to our own proprietary AI+. We   re committed to offering
customers the greatest choice with Generative AI in an accurate, private and secure way in just a few clicks.
We also advanced our service suite to a fully integrated call center as a service (CCaaS) solution with voice. Our
insights suite is now evolving to be a comprehensive customer feedback management solution with surveys for
listening, analyzing, and acting on customer feedback.
This has also been a year to build a stronger foundation for Sprinklr. We   ve brought in experienced leaders from
successful companies known for their ability to scale revenue and pro   tability. And we   re sharpening our focus
on our go-to-market execution and operational rigor   critical elements to deliver value and fuel our success.
Today, over 1,700 of the world   s most valuable companies like Microsoft, HDFC and Samsung put their trust in Sprinklr.
With the help of our AI-driven Uni   ed-CXM platform, we   re achieving tangible results together, driving growth,
efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences.
We   re here to do three things:
    Lead a new category of enterprise software that we call Uni   ed-CXM.
    Build the world   s most loved enterprise software company.
    Create a culture of high performers who obsesses about customers.
