THE BUSINESS OF GENESCO
Genesco Inc. is a leading retailer and wholesaler of branded footwear, apparel and accessories selling through more than
1,300 retail stores, including Journeys  , Journeys Kidz  , Little Burgundy   and Johnston & Murphy   in the U.S., Puerto
Rico and Canada, through Schuh   stores in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, and through e-commerce
operations. In addition, we sell certain of our footwear brands at wholesale, primarily under our Johnston & Murphy brand,
and the licensed Levi   s  , Dockers  , and G.H. Bass   brands, as well as other brands we license for footwear.
TOTAL RETURN TO SHAREHOLDERS

Genesco Inc. is a leading retailer and wholesaler of branded footwear, apparel and accessories selling through more than
