A Personalized Approach to Education
The ultimate goal of education is personalization
designed around the student s individual needs and
different ways of learning. Achieving this on a large
scale in K 12 education isn t easy. However, we feel
we are about as close as any student and family can
get to that ideal. Our investments in new technologies
and products will keep us on track to provide a
more personalized experience for every student. I m
con dent that we will continue to make signi cant
breakthroughs in our mission to provide even greater
personalization over the next several years.
To achieve this, we are investing in new products that
will provide a more individualized education. These
include our tutoring platform with state-certi ed
teachers, our Learning Hub, which enables teachers to
customize lessons and create new content, and Tallo,
our career platform, which helps students of all ages
start a new career in their chosen eld. As we look to
the future, we will continue to design all our tools to
enhance and enrich the personalized experience.
Our postsecondary career training programs have also
helped many students nd employment nationwide.
MedCerts has placed more than 85,000 allied health
professionals with 1,000 organizations, and similarly,
Tech Elevator and Galvanize have placed more than
20,000 students with over 900 hiring partners. We
believe we are just at the beginning of another 25+
years of helping young people embark on
meaningful career paths.
Customers and Shareholders Bene t
In Fiscal Year 2024, we surpassed $2 billion in revenue
and have now reached more than 3 million students
over the past 25 years. It took us almost 15 years to
get to the rst million, then about half that time for the
second million, and again half the time for the most
recent million. Not only have customers bene ted, but
our shareholders have also, as our stock price is up
more than 300% since 2021.
25 More Years More Innovation
and Growth
Career-Focused Programs
Our personalized approach goes beyond academic
success and prepares students for future careers. This
year, we helped more than 70,000 students acquire
career-speci c skills, certi cations, and college credits
through our career programs and resources. These
offerings include 30 specialized career pathways and
a newly launched Career Services Center designed to
prepare students for success in the workforce.
As we look ahead, I believe the next 25 years will prove
to be more impactful to families than the past 25 years.
We will continue to drive innovation in the education
system and provide families with choice. We will
continue to deliver Tomorrow s Education Today.
