2022 ANNUAL REPORT
TO OUR SHAREHOLDERS
Throughout 2022, Mannatech continued to establish
itself as a premier, global health and wellness lifestyle
company, whose mission is to help others feel better,
look better and live better. Despite challenges to
our global operations, including supply chain issues,
FDA interference, FTC warnings of rule making and
additional tax assessments, Mannatech continued to
show resilience by building a strong foundation for the
years ahead.
Our focus on innovation and product development
continued, and in 2022, Mannatech introduced several
existing products into new markets, including
Superfood Greens and Reds in the United States, the
Luminovation skincare line in Hong Kong and Japan,
and our flagship products Manapol and Ambrotose
LIFE in Canada. In addition, two unique drink mixes
launched in Mexico, MannaForce+ and M Gold+. These
products have received positive feedback from our
Associates and Customers, and we believe they will
continue to drive growth in the coming years.
Our M5M Foundation continued to adapt well to the
changing world conditions. More than thirteen million
servings of PhytoBlend nutritional supplement were
donated in 2022 to children in need in 21 countries.
Additionally, with help from the faith-based Kids Around
the World organization, the foundation helped pack
and serve meals to communities in Ecuador, Dominican
Republic, Ukraine, Costa Rica and Uganda. In addition,
volunteers from Mannatech helped build three
playgrounds in Ecuador, including the monumental
KATW Playground 1000.
As we look to 2023, we will remain focused on
supporting the efforts of our 145,000 active Associates
and Preferred Customers in 25 markets. We plan to
introduce revolutionary new products, pursue global
growth opportunities, and continue our investment in
digital commerce. We will continue to focus on elevating
the Customer and Associate Experience as we strive to
help everyone live their very best lives.
As always, we will continue to strive to create an
environment committed to increasing shareholder value
through quarterly dividends and buying back stock
when appropriate.
We appreciate your continued support of Mannatech!
