Dear Rocket Stockholders,
In 2025, Rocket demonstrated who we are. We delivered strong financial results while
fundamentally reshaping our company through the successful closing and integration of
Redfin and Mr. Cooper     two transformative acquisitions that position Rocket for growth
across market cycles. This was a year of decisive action and exceptional execution.
For the full year, we generated $6.9 billion
in adjusted revenue.1 Our adjusted EBITDA
margin1 expanded to 19 percent, up from
18 percent in 2024. Adjusted diluted EPS1
reached 28 cents, compared to 23 cents
in 2024. We executed against our financial
and operational goals in every quarter in
2025, reflecting the strength of our business
model and passion of our team members.

With the integration of Redfin and Mr. Cooper,
Rocket has become something the industry
has never seen before: an expansive, endclients in our servicing
to-end ecosystem and platform operating
portfolio
at scale across the entire homeownership
journey. Redfin brings a low-cost, high-intent lead pipeline that strengthens our origination
funnel. Mr. Cooper adds a substantial servicing revenue stream that enhances our recapture
capabilities     our ability to turn servicing clients into repeat borrowers when they refinance
or purchase their next home.
We are a category of one. We are now the only player to span home search, mortgage
origination, servicing, title, and closing at scale. We reach 62 million monthly active users
across Redfin and Rocket. Our distribution network includes over 3,000 loan officers,
over 8,000 mortgage broker partners, and hundreds of thousands of real estate agents.
In 2025, we served 460,000 home buyers and homeowners through origination and
supported nearly 10 million clients in our servicing portfolio.

ecosystem, enabling seamless, frictionless
experiences for our clients, partners, and
team members. In Q4 2025, we structurally
doubled the capacity of our production team
through technology while driving higher
conversion and incremental origination
volume. We are building the foundation for
infinite capacity     engineered to scale with
the massive demand we generate through
our top-of-funnel strength and expansive
distribution network.

and Mr. Cooper teams came together in 2025 united around our mission to Help Everyone
Home. The integration of these three organizations required exceptional collaboration,
shared purpose, and unwavering commitment from tens of thousands of dedicated team
members. We proved that when talented people align around a meaningful mission,
extraordinary things become possible.
In 2025, Rocket celebrated our 40-year anniversary. Yet it still feels like Day 1.
We accomplished extraordinary things this year. We begin a new chapter in an
exceptionally strong position to accomplish even more in the decades ahead.
