We were honored that our collective efforts were recognized with SkyWest being named one of Fortune s World s Most Admired Companies for 2025. SkyWest is one of only three US airlines and the only regional airline on Fortune s list. This distinction is not possible without the integrity and teamwork of our more than 14,000 professionals. Together in 2024, SkyWest teams delivered more than 300 days of 100% adjusted completion, carrying more than 42 million passengers safely to their destinations. Safely and reliably connecting people with global access via our four major partners is the basis of our product, and we re proud to do it better than anyone in our space. SkyWest s inimitable model of collaborating with our people enables us to rapidly respond to both challenge and opportunity, as well as to deliver the best product in the regional industry. We believe this unique, collaborative approach not only benefits our people and our product, but it has also been a fundamental part of our success for 53 years and will continue to help the SkyWest team lead the industry forward in 2025 and beyond. In 2024 we were able to achieve a position where our pilot staffing, hiring, and production are wellmatched with a very robust pipeline. We are fully confident the measures we have put into place over the past three years will stabilize pilot staffing over the long term. SkyWest Charter, or SWC, continues strong, on-demand charter operations and we are optimistic about its future as we continue to expect it will remain a small portion of our overall business. As always, we remain disciplined to ensure our capital is deployed effectively and profitably. We remain optimistic about our growth possibilities, including the following three focus areas: 1) growth in underserved communities and the deployment of additional CRJ550 aircraft; 2) improved aircraft utilization and availability on our ERJ and CRJ fleets; and 3) placing new E175s into service throughout this year and next. We believe that our strong balance sheet and liquidity and the actions we will be taking to invest in a variety of growth opportunities, will continue to position us well to drive total shareholder returns. Overall, demand for each of our products remains strong and we remain aggressive and disciplined to advance our position at the forefront of the regional industry for our people, our partners, and our shareholders. We continue to play the long game and have spent the last several years investing heavily in our fleet and in our people to ensure we are in the best possible situation to respond to market demands.
